Born and raised in Bristol to a Bristolian mum and an Iranian dad, Jody Kamali is one of the UK’s most distinctive physical and character comedians. He is a man of many faces, many voices and many, many ideas.
Jody creates imaginative theatrical comedy shows for both adults and families, blending physical comedy, storytelling, clowning and joyful anarchy. With 15 solo Edinburgh Fringe shows under his belt, he has carved out a unique space in British comedy, touring extensively across the UK. He also hosts the much-loved Beckenham Comedy Cabaret, which he has run for over 10 years.
His alter ego, Terry the Odd Job Man, became a viral sensation, racking up millions of views online. Jody has worked alongside Harry Hill, appeared on the BBC’s Upstaged, and appeared in the film Golden Years alongside Bernard Hill.
